Chef Ben Spalding brings his innovative 'Stripped Back' concept to Brighton and the fabulous Lucky Beach, Brighton. I was on hand to photograph the amazing food, as well as eat it! Food photography is so rewarding, trying to capture the food of ben Spalding and trying to convey the vibrancy of Stripped Back. How exciting, challenging and fun it is.
